Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Options
We currently offer the following delivery services within the United Kingdom:

"Working Days" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 Working Day of receipt. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next Working Day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email where applicable.
3. Delivery Estimates
All delivery times stated on our website are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
While we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, transportation disruptions, or periods of exceptionally high demand.
We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from delivery delays that are beyond our reasonable control.
4. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. Ownership of the goods will pass to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of ordering.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, we reserve the right to charge additional postage costs before re-dispatching the order.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the parcel or access to the delivery location is restricted, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection, subject to the courier's policies.
Where a parcel is returned to us following unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation.
